General Policies

We normally SHIP all in stock items within 7 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are by usually shipped via UPS and actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone. (in most cases it averages 2-3 business days; 5 business days to California) Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon it's arrival in our warehouse. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. No additional freight charges will be incurred on any items backordered. Please understand that these are our best estimates of actual delivery times...they are not guaranteed delivery times. Deliveries during the busy holiday season may take considerably longer.

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: Items shipped to Canada will be shipped via Priority Mail in order to reduce or eliminate brokerage fees.

Shipping Policies

Taxes

We collect state sales tax when the shipping address is in one of the following states:

Minimum Order Amount

Please note that we have a $10.00 minimum order requirement.

Order Cancellation Policies

CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER MUST BE BY PHONE ONLY DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS (9:00 AM--5:00 PM Mon-Fri) LISTED FREIGHT CHARGES WILL APPLY TO ALL ORDERS SHIPPED PRIOR TO OUR RECEIVING YOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE BY PHONE. E-MAIL CANCELLATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. IF YOU REFUSE AN ORDER WHICH HAS BEEN SHIPPED TO YOU PRIOR TO OUR ACKNOWLEDGED RECEIPT OF YOUR CANCELLATION, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR BOTH THE FREIGHT CHARGES TO YOU AND THE RETURN FREIGHT CHARGES BACK TO US.

Warranties

Manufacturers warranty if any will apply. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by The Domestic Bin.

Return Policies

Returns on all items will be accepted for 30 days and a full refund to your credit card will be given for all merchandise returned in original saleable condition, with the exception of specific items listed below. Items returned without all original packing materials, law tags, etc. will not be accepted.

Health department regulations do not permit us to accept open packages of bedding including: sheets, duvets, mattress pads, memory foam toppers, mattresses, pillow cases, and pillows for refund or credit. We cannot accept returns of merchandise that are used, laundered, or soiled
All items will be thoroughly inspected by our warehouse return specialists during the return process. If items are not returned in original condition they will be returned to you. If you reject that return shipment, Domestic Bin reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit.
Due to the unique nature of the product and its packaging, we cannot accept returns for any reason on Mattresses and Memory Foam Toppers.

Special orders of items that are not usually stocked, fabric, and all custom orders are not returnable.

YOU MUST CALL 201-666-1080 FOR "RETURN AUTHORIZATION" BEFORE RETURNING ANY MERCHANDISE. MERCHANDISE RETURNED WITHOUT A PROPER "RETURN AUTHORIZATION” WILL BE REFUSED OR RETURNED TO YOU AND NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN.

Items, which have been authorized for return, must be returned within 30 days of authorization.

We will gladly refund shipping charges on all defective merchandise, but all other shipping charges are not refundable.

All images represent our products to the best of our ability within the limits of the Internet and computer graphics.

WE DO NOT ELECTRONICALLY CAPTURE ANY CUSTOMER INFORMATION DURING YOUR BROWSING OR ORDERING PROCESS. WE ONLY CAPTURE INFORMATION WHICH IS VOLUNTARILY GIVEN AND NECESSARY TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER. WE DO NOT SHARE CUSTOMER INFORMATION WITH ANY OUTSIDE FIRMS. WE RESPECT OUR CUSTOMER'S PRIVACY.
